The 100 FSC knives Alceste are made out of 100% birch wood. The 16.5 cm long knives are sturdy and the surface is carefully polished without any additives. The cut of the knives make them knives suitable for all types of food. These are environmental friendly and compost naturally. Birch wood is light in color and therefore does not need to be bleached.
FSC certified cutlery means that it comes from sustainable forestry.
Disposal: You can dispose the wooden knives in the compost or the bio bin. Please keep in mind that only domestic quantities can be disposed of via the bio bin.
