In most cases, Party365.com uses technical measures to ensure that Reviews only come from consumers who have actually purchased goods from the site. These Reviews are marked as a "Verified Review", and only these Reviews are included in the overall rating.
Measures taken by Party365.com
Party365.com has established various measures to ensure that Verified Reviews only come from consumers who have purchased goods.
After completing an order, the consumer receives a Review Request from Party365.com. A Review of the purchase can then be submitted via the e-mail link.
Further manual measures are also used to ensure that only those customers who have purchased products from us are able to submit Reviews.
To ensure that the authenticity of the Review and its legitimacy can be verified, it cannot be submitted anonymously. The email address through which the purchase was made serves as a verifiable reference for Review submission.
Other types of Reviews
Additional forms of Reviews are available in addition to the Verified Review process, however these are not treated in the same way. Most importantly, these particular types of Reviews are specially marked and are not included in the overall rating. It is therefore ensured that the overall rating includes Verified (authentic) Reviews exclusively.
